-2 Queen Beds Room This is a very opulent hotel. The rooms are possibly the best I have ever stayed in in KL - they are large, comfy and very well appointed. The pool and gym are excellent as are the lobbies and halls. The breakfast is excellent and you should come here to try it. The location is good if you use a cab to get around KL, not great for walking and the building is not easy to get to. The staff are all efficient, but I would not describe them as friendly or welcoming - more stoic and formal. I am giving 4 stars, as the hotel has overcharged me for taxes, even after we discussed this on check out. They have also not replied to my email contact about this issue. #kualalumpurhotels#staycation
