One of the top three attractions in Cordoba

Andalusia Tour ~ Córdoba Jardines del Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos is an ancient fortress steeped in history, a fortified palace complex that is all about the gardens. The castle is not very impressive and the grandeur is easily forgettable. However, the gardens and swimming pool are very pleasant. Apart from this, a hall dedicated to Roman mosaics was found on site, which was okay, and there are a large number of structures still in ruins with stray cats running around on them. Another plus is the amazing view over Córdoba from the tower. Excellent value for money.
