Culebra island is a very small island that belongs to Puerto Rico. The best beach in the Caribbean with tranquil atmosphere and very pleasant insiders. Although is still under maintenance since the pass of hurricanes to the island you still can enjoy the best waters in the Caribbean. Some cleaning to its shore should be improved but doesn’t affect the fact that you still can swim in a very warm, clean and clear water.
