Dare valley country park is a jewel of South Wales. Covering a huge area this is wild rugged nature at it's best. Perfect for rambling, dog walking, family playtime or just getting some fresh air. This is a great choice for all the above. The main feature is the lake, teaming with ducks and geese it's a tranquil spot. There are several beaches around where you can sit and admire the nature. Surrounding the lake are many fields and hills, with beautiful grass and gorgeous views. It's great to just walk in different directions and see.
