There is no time limit for internal use and the coffee/drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. My personal favorite is "Jasmine Green Tea, Tieguanyin, Original Flavor" The original flavor is made with vanilla pod & lime liquor. Jasmine green tea/Tieguanyin is made from tea leaves instead of tea powder, which is full of fragrance The green tea version is fresh and the Tieguanyin version is rich.
