Yungang Grottoes: A Treasure of China

✨ Lying quietly at the foot of Wuzhou Mountain in the west of Datong City, Shanxi Province, is the world-famous art palace - Yungang Grottoes, one of the "Four Great Grottoes" and one of the world's three great stone carving art treasures, along with the "Ajanta Caves in India" and the "Bamiyan Caves in Afghanistan". ✨ It was excavated during the Northern Wei Dynasty, about 1,500 years ago, and was completed under the supervision of the national master monk Tan Yao.
