Cuotong Cui Lake

Cuotong Cui Lake, also known as "Cuo'a Cui Lake" or "Cuotong Sanlian Lake", is located in Cuotong Village, Cuo'a Town, Dege County, Ganzi Prefecture. It is composed of three connected, irregularly shaped lakes of different sizes, with an altitude of about 4,600 meters. This is a high-altitude tourist attraction that is currently under development. Cuotong Village, Cuo'a Town is located next to National Highway 317, with an altitude of 3,700 meters. It is about 18 kilometers from Cuotong Village, Cuo'a Town to Cuotong Cui Lake, and it takes about 1 hour to drive. Use Gaode Navigation Cuotong Cui Lake (Sanlian Lake) to get there. Although Cuotong Cui Lake is not far from the Sichuan-Tibet Line 317 National Highway, the journey is about 18 kilometers, and vehicles can reach directly, but due to the high altitude (about 4,600 meters), it needs to climb (rise) nearly 900 meters. The road up is basically a dirt road or gravel road, with many "bomb" pits, steep slopes, no guardrails on the side of the road, sharp bends and dangerous roads. Fortunately, the road is still wide and there is no pressure to make mistakes. The plank road from the top of the mountain to the lake has been built and can be walked from the top of the mountain to the lake through the plank road to watch Cuotong Cui Lake up close. Due to the poor road conditions on the mountain, it is recommended that vehicles with low chassis, small displacement and poor off-road performance should be cautious.
