It is recommended to travel light. The village is about 13 kilometers away. You can take a pickup truck into the village at the 7-kilometer point. It costs CNY 98 per person. The entrance ticket to Yubeng Village is CNY 55 per person. The first 3 kilometers of the journey into the village is a flat road around the valley. There are no railings on the cliff side. Those who are afraid of heights should be cautious! The next stage is a difficult uphill climb. After climbing to a large supply station, there are only 3 kilometers of the most difficult uphill road left. There will be motorcycles to help you carry your luggage or take you to the pickup truck. I'm not sure how much it costs. It takes about 3 hours from the intersection to the pickup truck, and it takes about 3 hours from the pickup truck to Yubeng Village. This is just the beginning of the journey. However, we didn't plan to go hiking in Yubeng at the beginning of our trip. We thought we could drive directly into Yubeng Village and see the Meili Snow Mountain. So we didn't leave much time. We had to rush to Mangkang and didn't have enough time to walk the Shenpu Line. I will definitely come again next time. I must go hiking in Yubeng. The journey is really magical. Every time is full of unknowns, but that's what makes it interesting.
