Qatar's Pearl Island

Pearl Island covers an area of 4 million square meters. Since its development was announced in 2004, it has become the largest mixed-use project in the Middle East. With its intelligent, diverse, and sustainable design concept, it has won the Best Mixed-Use Development and Design Award. On the island, there are about 33,000 permanent residents and the number of tourists reaches 15 million annually.
