There are lots of restaurants there with colorful and massive replicas of Osaka favorites like takoyaki, or crab or octopus. My second home - Osaka, Japan

My family and I recently went on a 8D7N trip to Osaka, Japan and we stayed at Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba which was located near Jr Namba. We travelled using the OCAT bus from Kansai International Airport to our hotel as the hotel is located just right beside the Bus Terminal. The hotel is within walking distance to the subway and the massive underpass will also bring you to the iconic Dotonbori. During the stay at Osaka, we also travelled to Koyasan, Ama-no-Hishidate, Ine, Miyamachokita. The views were absolutely mesmerising. Food there was definitely a bomb! I think my waist just grew by a few inches in that trip. 🥲 P.s. Can I also mention the affordable price of Kura Sushi?! The best time to explore this place is in the evening when the lights are bright and full of crowd so this can be fun to vibing with locals. Staying around Dotonbori is highly recommended as you will enjoy the best night vibes ever in Osaka. For the meal, you can have the Osaka's famous Takoyaki which located near the bridge. Dontoburi is a must-visit place when you come Osaka. It has been a hot spot since hundred years ago. Nowadays, Dotonburi presents a non sleeping Osaka. The activities are active mostly at night. I am very impressed by unique light boards of the restaurants and stores here. I could not move my eyes out of them when crossing. Since you visit Dotonburi, dont forget to snap a pic with a informal avatar of Osaka, the Glico sign. This is one of the most famous sign in the world. In Dotonburi or Osaka, the most famoust food is Takoyaki, octopus dumplings. You can get it wherever on the street easily.

Tonkutso Ramen Solo Dining Experience 🇯🇵

Ichiran Ramen is a popular food business that serves one of the best tonkutso ramen in Japan. They have multiple branches in Osaka but we decided to dine in at Ichiran Ramen Dotonbori - Main building, which is approximately 10 minutes walk from Namba station. The whole solo dining experience is unforgettable. I had a chance to enjoy my ramen peacefully with the convenience of having our own space. I was able to personalised the flavour of my ramen based on my own choosing. I picked the mild original spicy sauce and I like it! The price is also reasonable. 1320 yen for a set meal: Ramen, extra 4 pieces of Pork and Boiled egg while 980 yen for just a bowl of Ramen. Authentic Japan Street

#japantrip We were so excited before we came here. Our itinerary was arranged starting from Kyoto > Nara > Uji then Osaka. This is a very anticipated itinerary and it really caught us off guard with the liveliness and crowd. We walk to this street around 9pm and noticing the crowd did not subside and in fact more and more people came here. Although there are many shops start closing around 10pm, but there are still small stalls continue to open and serve the crowd.

This is a must-visit attraction when you come to Osaka. Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori Food are two streets you must visit when you come to Osaka for shopping.There is a lot of restaurants, cafe, and many other food shops. Dotoburi the biggest must try are takoyaki.It’s easy to find them in Dotonbori.The queue was moving very fast, no need to worry for it. #thingstodo Fabulous street in Osaka and not to be missed!Food glorious food everywhere. Lots of interesting shops selling lots of Japanese souvenirs. Night time it’s all lit up and so festive. We loved it so much we went there 3 times! Although always very busy, so if large crowds are not your thing, then would suggest you avoid. Can feel a bit like a cattle market. Lots of great shops and places to eat. You can take a boat trip along the canal and see the sights and lights that way, if you prefer to view from afar.

#2024wish Nice place to stroll along the river surrounded by restaurants and buildings with neon lights, especially if you come at night. There's also a boat ride service that takes you up and down the river to view the sights. Whether you are here during the day or at night, both still provides an enchanting experience. I want to go back here in 2024.
