Baima Mountain Guide: If you want to visit Shankouling Village, you can navigate to [Shankouling Village]. There is a small parking lot, and many inns nearby are quite artistic. You can also eat here. We ate at "Cunlimian". It looked artistic, so we thought it was an internet-famous restaurant but not delicious. However, it was unexpectedly delicious. If you want to climb directly, navigate to [Zai Shanye (Shankouling) Campsite]. There is a parking lot, and you can walk up (I didn't notice if you can park above the campsite). Walk into the campsite and continue walking to the wild road at the mountain pass. There is a road up. If you are not sure if the road is correct, look at the ribbons. The road with ribbons tied to the trees is correct. Keep walking up to the top, then turn left (in the direction of the iconic tower) to the check-in point. [Down the mountain] There are steps on both sides after reaching the top. Be sure to take the road you came from. We took the other side, pointed to watch the sunset, and ended up on the other side of the mountain. We couldn't get a car and almost couldn't go home. Fortunately, my husband is a good person. He went to the parking lot for help, and two kind people helped us back to the parking lot. ② Preparation: Because the slope of this night road is very steep, more than 45 degrees! Plus, it's not dirt but many small stones, so it's very slippery. We didn't use trekking poles. In some places, you can't go up without pulling the branches slightly. In other places, you need to use both hands and feet and hold the stones on the ground to move forward. So be sure to prepare [non-slip shoes]. If you have [trekking poles], bring them. Be sure to wear [long pants]! It's best to wear [long sleeves] because there are branches on both sides, and some branches have thorns! My husband's leg was scratched several times. 3 Food: We only ate at "Cunlimian". The taste was good. If you can eat spicy food, I recommend Sichuan-style meat sauce noodles and snow vegetable minced meat noodles (they looked delicious when the guests ordered them). For children who don't eat spicy food, there are chicken soup noodles (sold out today) and non-spicy meat sauce noodles, which are also delicious. The dried tofu is also delicious.
