The Mizutaki (chicken hot pot) from Hakata uses high-quality soup, ingredients, and vinegar & soy sauce that can be enjoyed until the end. Once you enjoyed the chicken, the waiter will help cook the congee using the soup left-behind. Aside the Mizutaki, the dinner set also comes with rich variety of appetizers including Basashi, the fresh horse meat sashimi. But that depends on the set you have chosen. Coming to the price, i think It was a bit expensive and the bill came around 13000 yen for 2. But totally worth it and value for money if you want to try Mizutaki. We took a course and the appetizers and deserts were top notch. You can ask to add vegetables unlimited times. Mizutaki was interesting, very good and tender chicken pieces but lacked flavor for my taste. The staff was friendly. #japantrip #deliciousfood
