#travellerswonderland I had an amazing breakfast bowl at Gatwick Airport before my flight, and it was the perfect way to start the day! The bowl featured a bed of fluffy scrambled eggs topped with spicy chorizo, roasted vegetables, and fresh avocado. The combination of flavors was incredible, with the rich, smoky chorizo perfectly complementing the creamy avocado and the light, fresh vegetables. It was finished with a sprinkle of cheese and a dollop of sour cream, making each bite a burst of flavor. The meal was hearty and satisfying, yet light enough to enjoy before a flight. Quick service and great flavors made it one of the best airport meals I’ve had!
