Sapi Island - Malaysia

Sapi island is one of the islands of the Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park. We spent about 50 minutes on Sapi Island and believe me, that was quite enough. The island is small, there is only one beach, nowhere to go. The water on Sapi is greenish-blue, with tints. There are fewer fish than on Manukan, but the bottom is cleaner here. You can go to Sapi from Kota Kinabalu for an hour to explore the Abdul Rahman Marine Reserve. It is probably not worth taking a full-day tour only to this island. Sapi is just a minute away from Gaya Island, it would be logical to visit both of these islands. #bucketlistreboot #malaysia
