168 store @ B5 Resort Hotel Genting

Payment made using ewallet at 168 store Resort Hotel Genting, but the Filipino cashier say not receive, i shown him the ewallet Transaction successful page and check my ewallet account money had deducted from my account, i never face this type of problem b4, normally shop cashier will ask us show them the ewallet payment transaction (successful) page they can accept but this shop say can not, keep asking me to scan again, i ask them to check they say can not check "Offline woh!", at that time i feeling something not so right and resist to scan again. I made complaint to ewallet no sure whether can get back my money or not.
