Monet spent a lot of time tending to his garden. He arranged it according to the characteristics of the plants, allowing them to grow freely, with flowers of different heights and colors changing with the seasons. He claimed that this garden was his greatest work. Monet repeatedly depicted his water lily pond and arched bridge under different lights. Chasing fleeting beauty, the clouds in the sky, the reflections in the water, the shimmering sunlight, and the flowers changing with the seasons, countless masterpieces were born here. After getting off the train, it is about 6km to Monet's garden, you can take a taxi or shuttle bus (5€), see the timetable on P11. If driving, it takes about an hour and a half from Paris.
