A New Vegetarian Indian Experience in Tsim Sha Tsui

Everyone knows that eating vegetarian is healthier, but there aren't many attractive vegetarian restaurants around. This time, a friend introduced me to a vegetarian restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. I haven't had Indian food many times, let alone vegetarian Indian food, so I'm really looking forward to it. BOMBAY BASKET CHAAT The outer layer is a crispy crust made from flour, filled with various spices such as chickpea sauce, mashed potatoes, yogurt, and green chili sauce. It's topped with pomegranate seeds, giving it a fresh and sweet-sour taste. MALAI PANEER TIKKA It looks like tofu but is actually cottage cheese, grilled to a slight char on the outside, with a soft and cheesy texture inside. BURNT GARLIC FRIED RICE Using the common long-grain rice from India, stir-fried with minced garlic, allowing the garlic flavor to permeate the rice. SHAHI PANEER Also made with cottage cheese cubes, in a sauce made from tomatoes and cashews. I think it tastes best with rice.
