Service: The welcome staff were very friendly. They opened the car door and asked if we were dining or checking in, and offered to help with our luggage. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and proactively gave us a list of benefits and introduced the hotel facilities and opening hours. As we arrived early, our original room was not yet ready, so they immediately helped us change to a room of the same type. They really care about the guest experience, which made us feel very welcome! The room service was very fast, and they proactively turned down the bed, which was great. Bathroom: The decor style is a bit dated. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view (see photo), but there are office buildings nearby, so be careful of your privacy. The guest and master bathrooms do not have smart toilets. The bathrobes are soft, and the disposable slippers are good quality. The shower has both a shower head and a rain shower, and the water pressure is stable. The toiletries are the classic Sheraton oak scent in large bottles. The bathtub was clean, and there was no dust or dirt when filled with water. The bath mat was laid out in advance, which was very thoughtful. The sink is a single basin, and the toothbrush is good quality and the right hardness. Mouthwash is provided. Breakfast: You need to swipe your room card to enter. The staff proactively asked if we needed coffee or drinks. I didn't try the juice, so I can't comment on it. There is a wide variety of food, including freshly made rice rolls and congee, which were delicious. The hot food was also good. The pastries are in a separate area, but I didn't try them, so I can't comment on them. The bacon and breakfast sausages are high quality and don't taste like cheap frozen food. The staff were very quick to clear the plates and refill the food. They even refilled the food close to closing time, which was great. Executive Lounge: You need to swipe your card to enter the separate floor. After the staff recognized us, they didn't ask us again when we entered a second time. The service was great. There is a wide variety of soft drinks, and TWG tea is provided. I didn't come during afternoon tea, so I can't comment on it. During the hot food period, there were 10 desserts, 8 fruits, 6 pastries, 10 hot dishes, 2 main courses, 2 soups, and a cold food and drinks area. The selection was amazing! The food was delicious! Is this really just a Sheraton? Public areas: The gym (room card required) has all the basic equipment, which is well maintained, clean, and odor-free. There is a dedicated staff member to look after it. There is also an outdoor pool and tennis court (see photo). This is the best Sheraton I've ever stayed at! It has no rivals in the same price range, and is even better than many higher-end hotels. This proves that there are hotels that can provide good service and management. Price and brand are not the only criteria for judging a hotel.
