They specialize in Hechi jam barbecue. The jam flavor is closer to traditional Yizhou and old Hechi barbecue. The jam flavor is slightly sweet and sour. I recommend the pork belly, chicken feet, and palm treasures... The highlight is that their tofu slices come in two flavors. One is wrapped in fishy grass and the other is wrapped in garlic.
