After returning from Mount Huang, one no longer seeks other peaks; outside Zhijin Cave, there is no other 'Cave Heaven'

Zhijin Cave, officially known as Zhijin Cave National Geopark, is located in Guanzhai Miao Ethnic Township, Zhijin County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, 120 kilometers from Guiyang. The park has an elevation of 900~1670 meters and covers an area of 170 square kilometers, and has been named 'King of Caves in China' by 'China National Geography'. In 2015, Zhijin Cave National Geopark was officially approved by UNESCO to join the Global Geoparks Network, becoming the first Global Geopark in Guizhou Province, and filling the void of no Global Geoparks in Guizhou. ✅ Must Experience: Witness the stalagmite wonder--Overlord's Helmet The Overlord's Helmet is one of the 'Three Wonders' of Zhijin Cave. It is also the only helmet-shaped stalagmite found in the world that looks so lifelike. The Overlord's Helmet is 14 meters tall, consisting of a cap-shaped stalagmite at the bottom, and a slender rod-shaped stalagmite on top, adorned with pearls and shimmering with silver light, resembling the helmet of the ancient King of Chu. Under the reflection of the water in the pool in front, it appears even more dreamlike and mysterious, adding to its mystique. From a distance, it doesn't seem very large, but as you get closer, you realize it's as tall as a 5-story building. ✅ Must Experience: Observe the treasure of the Earth--Silver Rain Tree The Silver Rain Tree is one of the 'Three Wonders' of Zhijin Cave, and is currently the most beautifully shaped tower-like stalagmite found in the world, 17 meters tall, resembling an exquisitely carved ivory pagoda, covered in gold and silver, it is the 'face' of Zhijin Cave. The Silver Rain Tree is pure white, with patterns on its body as delicate as blooming flowers, the stalactites on its base resemble colorful seashells, and in combination with the surrounding stalactites and the blue light background, it looks like a treasure from the Dragon Palace in the East Sea. It took about 150,000 years for the Silver Rain Tree to form from the white jade plate to the top, and its current shape is the result of tens of thousands of years of constant water dripping without any change and a constant water supply. ✅ Must Experience: View the giant karst mural The Great Mural of Zhijin Cave is one of the 'Three Wonders' of Zhijin Cave. A huge karst relief mural, almost a hundred meters high and over two hundred meters long, formed by numerous stone curtains, columns, mantles, and stalactites, with extraordinary momentum and a myriad of scenes, fully showcasing the 'grand' characteristic of Zhijin Cave, and is also extremely rare in the world of caves. ✅ Must Experience: View the shield-shaped column--Upside-down Pipa A spectacle in the Pipa Palace of Zhijin Cave, it looks like a giant pipa hanging upside down in the cave, clearly distinguishable. The Upside-down Pipa is a column formed by the coexistence and development of a 'vertical stone shield' and 'stalagmite', and is currently the largest and most beautifully shaped shield-shaped column found in the world.
