Although the group tourists like to gather on the first viewing platform, I recommend you to go to the second viewing platform. There are fewer people and beautiful scenery, with a wide view, it is an excellent place to shoot the beautiful scenery of White Sand Lake. The classic photos on the Internet with blue lake water in the front and viewing platform signs on the top are taken on the south bank. There are also convenient facilities, such as toilets and small shops, and you can also stroll along the plank road to the lake to enjoy the tranquility and beauty. 🔹North bank: More natural and primitive, no tickets are required, and there are no special viewing platforms and parking areas. You can find a parking space on the side of the road. If it is an off-road vehicle, you can drive to the nearby hill and overlook the whole view of White Sand Lake from a high place. Start navigation to "Mujixiang", and soon after passing the checkpoint, White Sand Lake will come into view. There are two viewing points on the north bank. From the beginning to the direction of Mujixiang, the first viewing point on the right is the parking lot, with a small hill, and off-road vehicles can drive up. On the left is the cliff facing White Sand Lake. The second viewing point is more hidden, with a smaller entrance on the left side of the road, and some stones are piled at the entrance, but it also provides a wide view and excellent photo effects.
