After taking countless bad photos, I have summarized some tips: 1️⃣ To stand out from the dark background, avoid wearing all dark clothes; prioritize hats as accessories, as they won't mess up your hair. 2️⃣ Watch fireworks videos in advance to see the effects and choose longer-lasting ones, otherwise, they may go out before you can take a photo. 3️⃣ Based on the effects, determine your position in advance (how far from the fireworks). If you're too close, the fireworks will block you and splash on you; if you're too far, the fireworks won't light you up. If you have other lights for additional lighting (such as hair lights), it's even more important to determine your position! 4️⃣ Plan several poses in advance, and rehearse if possible. Pose and take continuous shots. Avoid running or shaking continuously, as the shutter speed may not keep up, resulting in blurry photos. 5️⃣ Avoid having the fireworks much lower than your face, as the light from below can be scary, known as "ghost light." You can hold the fireworks high and look up, or look down at the fireworks. A side profile can also create a yin-yang face. 6️⃣ Don't wait until it's completely dark to take photos.
