#freehotelstay Getting There - From Hangzhou Railway, take a 25 minutes taxi ride. Or if you are coming from Hangzhou airport, it's around 50 minutes taxi ride. Attractions - The months of March and April are the best time to see the tea-picking of the local tea growers and you can join them. Around April-May, you can have a taste of the new Longjing tea. In winter, the place turns into an elegant scenery of pure white snow spreading on the verdant tea trees. Close to the area is the Lingyin temple, the oldest and most famous temple in Hangzhou. Also, it's easy to reach the famous West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage. Hotels - There are so many places to stay in Longjing. From homestay/ guesthouses to inns to boutique hotels. The hotel we stayed, Lushmon Retreat, is in the middle of tea plantations and the hotel stay in itself is a wonderful experience.
