Prince Bay Park in Hangzhou is part of the West Lake Scenic Area and is famous for its spring tulips and cherry blossoms. The park features approximately 400,000 flowers planted over an area of about 8,000 square meters. The planting areas include Wangshanping, Xiaoyaopo, Rose Garden, Hand-in-Hand Statue, Youran Pavilion, and both sides of the main river bend.
