Compared to West Lake, I love the lesser-known and free ancient town of Hangzhou even more

I just came back from there and absolutely loved it😍 🏮Tangqi Ancient Town has a long history, founded in the Northern Song Dynasty and flourishing during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The town is crisscrossed with rivers and dense water networks, a typical water town in Jiangnan🌊 📸The scenery is stunning, with white walls and black tiles of residential houses built along the water, and ancient stone-paved roads. The unique water street market makes you feel like you've traveled back in time😜 👀The architectural style is unique, like the Guangji Bridge, a landmark with hundreds of years of history. Standing on it, the view is breathtaking👍. There are also the Qianlong Imperial Stele and the Xixi Lecture Hall Stele, all witnessing the changes of the ancient town over the years. 🎫The ancient town is open for free, with some venues charging separately, but the prices are very reasonable. 🚗Transportation is convenient, you can take bus routes 532, 342, etc., and get off at Tangqi Station. Or during the Loquat Festival, you can take advantage of the free bus from the Huanglong Tourist Distribution Center to Tangqi🚌 💖For sightseeing, I recommend the Guangji Bridge. Be sure to walk on the bridge and feel the historical charm. Also, the Shui Nan Temple is very distinctive. 🥘Don't miss the food either, the sticky rice meatballs and fine sand sheep tail are super delicious😋 Tangqi Ancient Town is really worth a visit, and I believe you will fall in love with it too💗
