Hangzhou Family Hiking | Let's Go See the Rime

❄️The temperature in Hangzhou has dropped, and the rime on Luniu Mountain is stunning. ⏰We got up early and arrived at the foot of the mountain at around 8:30. There were almost no people, and there were plenty of parking spaces. When we went down the mountain, a large group of people came, and there were many people on the road, including many children. We returned to the parking lot at 13:00, and the roadside was full of cars. If you want to see the beautiful scenery, it is better to set off early. There are fewer people, the scenery is more beautiful, and parking is more convenient. ☑️Natural filter, any pose is a blockbuster! It can be described with three keywords: "beautiful, cold, and slippery." When you get closer to it step by step, you will feel that all the roads are not in vain, and all the sweat is not in vain. ✅The whole journey is mainly stone steps, with a short section of dirt road, which is relatively easy to walk. There is a coffee bar, public toilets, and a small shop (with plenty of supplies such as oden and instant noodles) on the top of the mountain, so you don't need to bring too many supplies to reduce the load. The top of the mountain is indeed much colder than below. It feels like your hands will freeze when you take them out. The wind is strong, so everyone should keep warm. Because it was a temporary decision, we didn't prepare crampons and worried for a long time. Fortunately, we went down the mountain safely today. The section on the top of the mountain is really slippery. Walk slowly, and safety first. ✔️Prepare garbage bags, take away garbage, and leave no trace outdoors~~ ✅Ticket: Free ✅Hiking route: Luoyao Wu Entrance - Baizhangping Tiantang Forest Ancient Road - Thousand Mu Rhododendron - Luoyao Wu Entrance (round trip) ✅Hiking distance: 5.6 km ✅Time: About 4 hours (stayed during the period, ate instant noodles at the small shop on the top of the mountain, and it is expected to take 2.5 hours without rest time) ✅Cumulative climb: 687m, maximum altitude: 878m ✅Transportation: Self-driving navigation "Baizhangping Tiantang Forest Ancient Road (Luoyao Wu Entrance), there is another parking lot halfway up the mountain, navigate to "Sixi", the road is relatively short, but the mountain road is easy to slip, and it is said that many cars have crashed, so we still conservatively chose to walk a little further. ✅Hiking equipment: Today we used the layering method, thinking that it would be easy to take off and put on. Top: ordinary quick-drying clothes + 2-in-1 storm jacket, wool hat, gloves; bottom: quick-drying pants + hiking pants, wool socks, hiking shoes; trekking poles. (I brought a thin down jacket and didn't use it. It was still very hot when I went up.) I brought a spare set of clothes in the car, but I didn't use it.
