Lotte Observation Deck is a place where visitors come for the panoramic view of Hanoi city on the 65th floor. It is located at 54 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, about 3 kilometers to the east of Hoan Kiem Lake. The lovely tower is open daily from 0900-2300. Lotte Observation Deck at the height of 272 meters is the third tallest building in Vietnam.
