Harbin Sun Island Snow Expo (Dec 27–Feb 26)

The 37th Sun Island Snow Expo will open at 9:00 on December 27 and end at 17:00 on February 26. It is an event that combines snow entertainment and art exhibitions. With the theme of "Same Dream, Same Heart, Ice and Snow Legend", the park covers an area of 1.5 million square meters and uses 150,000 cubic meters of snow. The new "2+6" layout focuses on creating 6 themed landscape areas, including "Harbin" Welcome, Asia Together, Champion Dream, Snow Crown Expo, Snow Dance Carnival, and Snow Fun. 📍Exciting attractions and activities: ✅Snow Sculpture Art: The Sun Island Snow Expo mainly displays snow sculpture art. Visitors can enjoy various carefully designed snow sculptures, including large themed snow sculptures and small creative snow sculptures. ✅"Chasing the Dream of the Asian Winter Games" Snow Sculpture: This is one of the themed snow sculptures of this year's Snow Expo. It is 10.5 meters high, 20 meters long, and uses 1,600 cubic meters of snow. It incorporates the sports elements of the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025, such as figure skating, skiing, and speed skating. ✅"Embrace the Asian Winter Games" Interactive Snow Sculpture Wall: Located between Wuyang Square and Shuige Yuntian, it is 30 meters long. Visitors can experience the feeling of being an athlete and take photos. ✅Exhibition Area of Previous Asian Winter Games: The exhibition area on the east side of Shuige Yuntian has 9 rotating blocks, each introducing the overview of the 1st to 9th Asian Winter Games.
