The hotel is the tallest in Hefei, providing great high-altitude views. The hotel's design incorporates the theme of Peach Blossom Spring, blending classical Chinese and modern luxury styles, making it a landmark building in Hefei. Hotel Service: Graduated from Marriott Titanium this year, starting to try Hyatt, currently still a basic member. Any friends with GOH surplus can transfer for a trial? Haha. Speaking of Hyatt Regency Hefei, since I am not a high-tier member, I didn't experience member benefits, and the hotel didn't upgrade my room, only arranged a higher floor room. Other services didn't leave a deep impression. However, there was an unpleasant incident: I left a piece of clothing when checking out in the morning, and only remembered it myself by the evening. When I contacted the hotel, they confirmed it was left behind, but no one notified me all day. I arranged to pick it up at 7 PM, but when I arrived, they said it was still in the warehouse, causing further delays. Poor experience, bad review. Room Condition: The hardware of Hyatt Regency Hefei is really good, with a minimalist Chinese style, large areas of blank space, and wooden furniture that is warm and textured. The Chinese relief above the bed, new Chinese-style table lamps, hanging lamps, and ink paintings add a sense of tranquility to the room. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a distant view of the cityscape. Hotel Public Area: The hotel's public area is excellent, with a bit of a Park Hyatt feel. First, the entrance hall, where you are greeted by the projection of the calligraphy of 'Peach Blossom Spring' on the wall. As you admire it, the dark brown automatic door slowly opens, as if you are entering a different world. After entering the main door, there is a nearly ten-meter-high lobby, with a reed relief wall on the left, a wooden sculpture building in front, and a copper relief peach blossom forest on the right, full of artistic conception. Taking the elevator to the 40th-floor lobby, the entire lobby is covered with wooden floors, and the columns are also wooden structures, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, making it feel like you are in a cloud pavilion. The 39th floor has the Regency Club and an all-day dining restaurant, with a wooden boat at the entrance, still echoing the theme of 'Peach Blossom Spring'. Other details such as the lighting in the elevator hall and bar also highlight the designer's taste and ingenuity. Hotel Breakfast: The hotel breakfast is mediocre, meeting the standards of a five-star hotel but not outstanding. The shrimp dumplings left a deeper impression.
