The colorful forest season in Western Sichuan is very short, lasting only about ten days each year. The forests are a riot of colors, with green, yellow, and red leaves 🍁 overlapping on the mountains, creating a beautiful sight. The journey to the San'ao Snow Mountains viewing platform is very beautiful, with scenery all along the way. The mountains are covered with green vines 🍃, resembling a fairyland, and my parents kept saying how beautiful it was, so beautiful! It takes about 40 minutes to walk the mountain path to the parking lot (round trip), which is not tiring and quite short, definitely worth the climb 🏔️~ Today the weather is good, the sky is especially clean, and the photos turn out great. I don't recommend going to the San'ao Snow Mountains base camp, as there's not much to see and it's not really worth it.
