🍜 In Ho Chi Minh City, you can find restaurants named "Pho" everywhere. Pho is Vietnamese rice noodles, which is a familiar food for Chinese people and has become the type of restaurant we visit most often during our days in Vietnam. Pho is a type of Vietnamese rice noodles made from rice. These rice noodles are often served with raw bean sprouts and fragrant leaves, along with raw sliced beef or shredded chicken, which are briefly cooked in the noodle soup before eating. The most important flavor of a delicious bowl of Vietnamese pho is the soup. It is usually made by simmering beef bones and beef shank, along with red shallots, ginger, and other ingredients. When eating, you can add seasoned fish sauce or salt according to your preference, and you'll have a fragrant and warm bowl of Vietnamese rice noodles. In Vietnam, I generally avoid eating cold dishes or freshly squeezed fruit juices from street vendors because, overall, the weather in Vietnam is relatively hot, and cold dishes can spoil quickly. So, a cheap and delicious bowl of Vietnamese pho that won't upset your stomach is a meal I have almost every day.
