Regal Hotel Kowloon poor service except the lounge lolll

Honestly not having too many facilities in this hotel, tried their buffet when i was young, from my memory, the food is just soso, not bad and not good Actually if you have booked executive room then you have one more place to go, the executive lounge, my favorite in regal kowloon, so cool view with tranquil environment, in whole morning no people coming at all haaa They have a gym room, due to covid policy, only four people can do gym at the same time, not too big but enough for workout haa, first running, and tried boxing, you can borrow hand gloves by call, they will deliver the gloves to the gym room, i like the step machine, seem having more calories burnt yaya Overall the hotel environment is a bit old school, quite nice in the lobby, but the staff generally impolite and not helpful, service part is the worst…i would say except the lounge where the staff is nice.
