Victoria Peak Garden - the once Mountain Lodge, a summer residence for Governor in colonial era

Victoria Peak Garden was originally the gardens for Mountain Lodge , the summer residence for the Governor of Hong Kong in the colonial era. It is now open to public and managed by the Government. There are beautiful large open space with pagodas, winding paths, green lawns interspersed wih park benches and classic Victorian garden fittings like wrought iron railings. Public restrooms and a light refreshment stall are available. Unwind under the sun or take a short hike from the Peak Tram, picinicers and families would love this place. It would be an unforgettable and incredibly rewarding hike considering the ease of the journey. What's more, if you are lucky enough like us, a family of wild pigs were moving around in the Victoria Peak Garden.
