Teppanyaki cuisine is all about admiring the chef's dance with the iron spatula, cooking dish after dish, allowing you to savor each one slowly 😌. This restaurant features a stylish black design with a sense of fashion and mystery, offering high-quality ingredients at an affordable price. With friends, we ordered the luxurious two-person set, and the masterful chef demonstrated his skills by quickly removing the shell from the tiger prawns, adding butter, and creating a crispy and fragrant dish. The South African abalone was perfectly grilled and served with homemade seaweed spinach sauce, which was both chewy and sweet. The Hungarian foie gras was slowly fried to release its oil, creating a crispy outer layer and a soft and smooth inside. Next up was the fascinating Michelin-starred 🌟 grilled amberjack with scales. The chef continuously poured hot oil onto the scales, making them stand up layer by layer, creating a thin and crispy texture while keeping the fish tender, smooth, and sweet. Then came the A4 and wagyu beef, grilled over binchotan charcoal and served on a block of transparent crystal salt, which was extremely dazzling. The wagyu beef was tender and juicy, with a strong beef flavor, and could be paired with crispy garlic slices. Finally, we enjoyed the delicious and fragrant wagyu beef fried rice, sautéed wild vegetables, garlic cheese fish soup, soy pudding, and coffee.
