A popular well known Japanese fast casual chain restaurant specialised in UDON from Hyogo, Japan. The chain has been operated over 1,000 restaurants locally and overseas. Starting to operate in Hong Kong in 2012 and now 2023 there are 12 all over Hong Kong still in operation. Famous for its quality of food, open kitchen and traditional way of making noodle centuries ago. Moreover acclaimed not using any flavour enhancer MSG in any of its dishes but only natural ingredients to give their food flavourful and authentic taste. Last but not least, the tempura also freshly cook and serve hot with their own method of cooking. The self service style of select, take and pay at counter first and return tray after finish is the way of running their restaurants.
