Tonight, a few friends and I gathered at a stylish French restaurant with a blue and white theme in the Flower Market. There's even an outdoor terrace, and the indoor ambiance is cozy with dim lighting.✨️ The seating is spacious, and the environment is truly comfortable. As soon as we sat down, we ordered a glass of Champagne🍾. 🔹️Charles Orban Carte Noire $158 It has a citrusy aroma, with hints of citrus fruits. 🔹️Escargots $168 We started with the French snails🐌 as an appetizer. The flavor of herbs is rich, and the meat is tender with a slight chewiness. 🔹️Pate En Croutes $188 This is a special cold dish of French-style pâté encased in pastry. It looks like a slice of toast, with a crispy outer layer and various meats inside. There are even some nuts, providing a rich texture. 🔹️Foie Gras Terrine $228 A must-try French delicacy, the foie gras has a texture that's not as greasy as usual. I actually found it even more delicious without the accompanying sauce. 🔹️Smoked Salmon $168 The smoked salmon paired with salmon roe is exceptionally flavorful, and the roe has no fishy taste at all. 🔹️Layer Potato $90 🔹️Gratin Dauphinoise $90 Both dishes feature potatoes but with distinct flavors. 🔹️Roasted Carrots $90 The carrots, accompanied by the restaurant's homemade sauce, are very unique and creamy. I personally felt a slightly spicy flavor. 🔹️Cote DE Veau Panne$458 The veal chop has a crispy golden exterior, and the meat itself is quite flavorful. 🔹️Dry Aged Duck Breast$488 Although the duck breast has a crispy skin, the meat was slightly overcooked, which was a bit disappointing.🤭 🔹️Bouillabaisse $388 This is actually a soup with lots of seafood, including fish, mussels, shrimp, and scallops, as well as French bread. It has many ingredients, but the broth is not too much.😆 However, the flavor is rich, and we couldn't resist ordering more glasses of white wine.🥂 🔹️Pouilly Fume $168 It has a very pronounced fruity taste, and it pairs well with seafood dishes. When it comes to French cuisine, the desserts are always highly anticipated.🍰 🔹️Crepes Suzette Au $268 This dessert is similar to the pancakes we usually eat. The waiter prepared it in front of us, adding sugar, eggs, lemon, and butter, and then flambéed it with alcohol.
