I had an authentic and delicious Piedmont cuisine brunch at Castellana last weekend. Appetizers such a delicious bite of each, it’s really fantastic 🤩👍🏻 🦞Lobster salad with caviar Bell peppera served Asti-style, tuna taste fresh~ Vitello tonnato with slow cooked veal and foie gras, it’s an amazing texture, must try 😍 🦐River prawn with crispy head and bisque, its tender and smooth. Fassona beef tartare, marinated in olive oil The beef is relatively lightrt, but extremely delicate, it’s really amazing appetizer.🤩 Pasta, the one of my favorite dish homemade “botton” ravioli pasta filled with Brittany blue lobster So cute for the pasta like a hat, coupled with blue lobster sauce, that’s sound great!🥹 I’m in the mood for seared bluefin tuna, served with stuffed Dotterino tomato and crispy kale.
