Pre-war Cattle Slaughter House

It’s the only pre-war existing premise located in Ma Tau Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The red brick building was constructed in 1908 and had been serving as a public slaughter and quarantine depot in the territory until 1999. In 2001, it was renovated and converted it into art village houses for local artists for their art and culture projects as well as art classes offered to public.
