After a day out with mom in Tseung Kwan O, we stumbled upon this Fujian cuisine restaurant originating from Singapore. Both the food quality and the service provided by the staff were extremely satisfying! 🔺Steamed Razor Clams with Minced Garlic They are currently promoting razor clams with eight different ways to prepare them, and you can get two dishes for $219. These razor clams are a bit different from the geoducks we usually eat; they are shorter but the meat is very plump and juicy. Covered with a generous amount of minced garlic and drizzled with hot oil, the taste is fresh and sweet! 🔺Grilled Razor Clams on Iron Plate The razor clams are baked with salt to lock in the freshness, and there's a slight charred flavor around the edges, giving you a taste of the delicious salt-baked flavor in every bite! 🔺Chilled South African Abalone @$68 My first time eating abalone with a knife and fork😂 The abalone, grown on natural seaweed, is very bouncy and delicious! 🔺Drunken Prawns in Bamboo Tube @$48 The bamboo and prawns are both large, and the live prawns are stewed with Angelica and aged wine, making the prawn meat tender and bouncy, with a broth that is rich, sweet, and aromatic. 🔺Stone Pot Smooth Tofu $98 The Japanese tofu is fried until crispy on the outside and silky smooth on the inside.
