Personal Experience of Buffet Dinner at Park Ning Hotel.

I visited the Playt Cafe at Park Ning Hotel with my mother yesterday to enjoy the buffet dinner. This was my first time trying the buffet at this hotel. The place is very spacious and offers a variety of specialty foods, such as dim sum (siu mai, shrimp dumplings), frozen lobster, lobster claws, crispy suckling pig, butter-fried Alaskan king crab legs, and other types of food. Among the abundant food options, most of the dishes tasted good. The crispy suckling pig and frozen lobster are particularly recommendable because the pig skin is crispy, the pork flavor is rich and tender, making it very delicious. The frozen lobster is also refreshing and chewy, not too hard to bite into. As for areas of improvement, I think the butter-fried Alaskan king crab legs need to be better seasoned as they were too salty, which overpowered the fresh taste of the crab meat. Aside from the aforementioned issue, the taste of most other foods was good, and the staff were friendly and polite. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this hotel again for the buffet.
