Personal Experience of Afternoon Tea at Harbour 8 Degrees Hotel

I had previously visited the Harbour 8 Degrees Hotel in To Kwa Wan for afternoon tea. The place is quite spacious, and when I arrived, it wasn't very crowded. The hotel offers iced lemon tea, coffee, and a variety of mango-themed dishes. Among the many food items and drinks, most of the flavors and beverages were good. In particular, I would recommend the iced lemon tea, mango crab tart, and mango Napoleon. First, the iced lemon tea was sweet and refreshing, not sour, but pleasantly sweet. Next, the mango crab tart was exceptional, with the mango being very sweet and the crab meat's savory taste being quite intense. The mango Napoleon is also one of the recommended items, as the mango was very sweet and the pastry was flaky and not too hard, making it delicious. However, there is room for improvement with the vanilla boneless chicken wings, which were a bit too salty and the skin was over-fried, making them not enjoyable to eat. Aside from that, the taste of the rest of the food was mostly good. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and very polite. I hope to have the chance to visit this place again for afternoon tea.
