Satisfying Teppanyaki

The teppanyaki lunch at this restaurant is truly satisfying and rich. First, the seasonal salad is fresh and crisp, paired with a special dressing that brings a refreshing appetizer feel. Then, the chawanmushi is smooth, with crab soup, flying fish roe, shiitake mushrooms, and ginkgo, offering a sweet and savory taste. Next comes the Hokkaido scallops, which are large and flavorful, perfectly seared. The fish dish of the day depends on the fresh ingredients available daily; today, it was pan-seared black cod with a special kelp butter sauce, giving it a rich fish oil aroma. For the main course, we chose both the A4 Miyazaki thin-sliced beef and the A4 Miyazaki thick-sliced wagyu. The thin-sliced beef is tender with a fragrant onion flavor, while the thick-sliced wagyu is juicy and rich in oil aroma. The fried rice is well-cooked with distinct grains, making it irresistible to finish the whole bowl🙈.
