To get to Cheung Chau, you need to take a ferry from Central Pier to Cheung Chau. The New World First Ferry from Central (Pier 5) takes about 55 minutes for the ordinary ferry and about 40 minutes for the fast ferry! The island is filled with authentic Hong Kong delicacies.
