Oyster Feast: A Culinary Extravaganza

Located in Central, Kidohki offers an all-you-can-eat oyster set menu. As an oyster enthusiast, I couldn't miss out on this. For $538, the set includes unlimited fresh oysters, baked oysters, drinks, and other appetizers and skewers. It also comes with a serving of tea rice/udon and dessert. The freshly shucked oysters are incredibly enticing, each one plump and juicy with a refreshing taste of the sea. You can pair them with five different flavors, my favorite being the yuzu jelly, which is sweet and tangy, very refreshing. The spicy radish paste is also quite unique, aromatic and spicy, and I find it helps cleanse the palate. Besides the fresh oysters, the baked oysters are also a highlight. You can choose from flavors like sake, garlic, spicy garlic, mala, and cheese. Personally, I love the mala baked oysters the most; they're spicy but not overwhelming, with a rich aroma. The cheese baked oysters are also excellent, with the rich cheese complementing the fresh oyster flavor perfectly. The all-you-can-eat skewers are also very diverse. If you want a break from meat, the grilled zucchini is fantastic, juicy with every bite. The dessert includes a serving of Tiramisu.
