I have a special fondness for hotel restaurants. While passing by Eaton Hotel in the morning, I noticed this Vietnamese restaurant called Fuhn. The food seemed to have a lot of options, so I got curious and decided to check it out. The ambiance was quite nice too😃😃, so I decided to stay for dinner before heading home🤣🤣🤣. I usually love Vietnamese food, and their raw beef pho is only around 60 HKD🐄. The beef is quite tender, and the broth is delicious and flavorful. You can add a set that includes salad, snacks, and a drink for just an additional 20 HKD, and the taste is pretty good. Overall, the raw beef pho and Vietnamese spring rolls are quite tasty.
