After a busy day, I wanted to treat myself to a good meal after work! So, I went to Aedes Wine & Pasta Bar in Happy Valley to try their handmade pasta 😋 🥔Zucchini Croquettes with Garlic Mayonnaise The outer layer is crispy, and the inside is gooey! Before I knew it, I had finished them all. 🍝Homemade Pappardelle Bolognese Ingredients include beef and pork meat, tomato, and Parmesan cheese. These three ingredients are classic!! The pappardelle is wider and chewier than usual 👍🏼 🍝Homemade Scialatielli Italian Ingredients include sausage, black pepper, and Pecorino cheese. This pasta has a stronger cheese flavor 🧀🧀, and the texture is even more chewy 🤤🤤 🍰Homemade Basque Cheesecake The cheese flavor is rich and savory! It's enough to share among 2-4 people 😆 ☕️Iced Coffee Milk and sugar are served separately. I mentioned I didn't need sugar, so they didn't give me any. I added all the milk because I like it milky 🍼🍼🍼 Sparkling Water Sparkling water is $10 with unlimited refills.
