The crab roe is very fresh and not fishy, with plenty of crab meat. The noodles are quite chewy and unique. ✨ Japanese Wagyu Cubes with Himalayan Rock Salt ($128) The Wagyu cubes are cooked to perfection, tender and not tough. They taste even better with pepper and rock salt. ✨ Tai O Dried Tiger Prawns with Hokkaido Scallops in Lobster Sauce Risotto ($168) The risotto is super creamy, with every bite filled with lobster sauce and some lobster meat in the middle 💓 The scallops have a nice charred aroma after being seared, very fresh and sweet. ✨ Pistachio Basque Cheesecake ($78) The Basque cheesecake is quite firm and smooth, topped with pistachio sauce and crushed pistachios, very rich in flavor and moderately sweet. ✨ Signature Deluxe Chocolate & Strawberry ($78) The chocolate & strawberry smoothie has a stronger strawberry flavor than chocolate.
