Shrimp Mountain Pavilion • Tai Miu • Po Toi O

A simple and relaxing hiking route with stunning scenery: Take bus 91 from Diamond Hill to Clear Water Bay Bus Terminus. Walk uphill along the road to reach the Shrimp Mountain Pavilion. Continue up the stone steps to enter the Shrimp Mountain Pavilion Country Trail, then turn left towards Tai Miu. Once at the top, the view is expansive. Behind you is Tiu Yue Yung, to the left is Clear Water Bay, to the right is Tseung Kwan O, and ahead is Po Toi O and the Clear Water Bay Country Club, with the Kwo Chau Islands in the distance. Descend to Po Toi O Village, where you can take minibus 16 back or walk along the road to the Clear Water Bay Bus Terminus. The entire route is about 3 kilometers and takes approximately 1.5 hours.
