Recently, the store has handed this creativity over to the customers. Soup & Bread Caesar Salad The thick pumpkin soup and crispy croutons were beautifully presented. The Caesar salad was quite generous in portion, and I especially liked how the restaurant cut the salad greens into smaller pieces, making it convenient for ladies to eat. Lime Jelly Clams Each clam was plump and meaty, paired with a sweet and sour lime sauce, making it a refreshing appetizer. Australian Angus Sirloin Steak with Coconut Satay Sauce A must-try recommendation! The sirloin steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The most special part was the coconut satay sauce, adding a touch of Southeast Asian flavor to the classic steak dish. Scallop and Wild Mushroom Chazuke The plump and fresh sashimi-grade scallops paired with the fragrant tea made for a refreshing main dish with a hint of Japanese style. Tiramisu The set dessert was Tiramisu, with a mild alcohol flavor and not overly sweet, just to my liking. Pandan Longan Tea Lime Soda The drinks here are light and not overly sweet. I particularly liked the Pandan Longan Tea, served in a beautifully carved stainless steel cup, carrying the fragrant longan tea, very elegant. Overall, this store is unique inside and out, and the food combinations are thoughtfully crafted.
