The recent trend of relaxing cruise trips has been a hit! Here, I’m sharing my personal tips from my experience aboard the Spectrum of the Seas. If you’re planning to set sail and unwind, make sure to check out the following tips👇 🌟 Room Selection If you want an "unobstructed balcony room," avoid the 7th and 12th floors as they might have slight obstructions (like lifeboats). We stayed on the 7th floor and got caught out 😅. If you want to change rooms, you can try asking at the service center on the 4th floor after the ship departs, but if it’s fully booked, there’s nothing you can do. 🌟 Shows and Performances Once on board, you can immediately book the "Silk Road" show. Even if you don’t get a reservation, you can queue for standing spots. The evening performances are fantastic, so if you want a good seat, arrive 30 minutes early to secure your spot! 🌟 Wi-Fi Tips The onboard Wi-Fi isn’t very fast. We shared a hotspot from an Android phone among four people, and it was a bit slow. If you don’t purchase Wi-Fi, there’s basically no signal. 🌟 Activities On the first day, head straight to the deck to try surfing! There’s no queue early on, but in the following days, the wait can be long, with each person getting about two minutes of playtime. 🌟 Dining Recommendations I found the main dining room better than the buffet 🍽️. It has fixed times and seating daily. On the first day, you can ask the staff to switch you to a window seat for better views and ambiance. 🌟 Photo Spots The 5th floor is absolutely stunning✨, especially during the "Blue Moment" at sunset. The lighting and scenery are dreamy! 🌟 Disembarkation Tips If you’re traveling independently, go to the 5th floor early to get your disembarkation number. It’s best to go before 7 AM. The earlier you get it, the sooner you can disembark, giving you more time for your itinerary! 🖤 Summary Overall, the Spectrum of the Seas is truly worth experiencing!
